Be the Light for Kids in Foster Care
Do you want to learn more about how you can help children in foster care?
Join us on March 3rd in Henderson to discover the many ways you can make a difference.
Interested in fostering, adopting, or supporting children in care? This in-person informational session, hosted alongside local child-placing agencies, will walk you through the licensure process for fostering or adopting and explore meaningful ways to get involved.
You’ll learn how to:
- Become a foster or adoptive parent
- Support children and families as a babysitter or advocate
- Serve in practical, impactful ways throughout the foster care community
We’ll also introduce you to some of the incredible children featured in the Heart Gallery East Texas—each one hoping to find a loving, forever family through adoption.
Come learn, connect, and see how you can help change a child’s story.
We will meet at the Vera Bank Training Center (corner of West and South Main) in Henderson at 6pm. A light dinner will be served as well.
