Let’s Connect – Lunch and Learn for Kinship Families

Believe it or not, anger is not the enemy. Many of us grew up in an environment where some emotions like anger were NOT okay. This month we will spend time finding ways to help our kids AND ourselves identify anger and what is at the core of the emotion. We’ll look at some strategies to meet the needs we discover.

Let’s Connect is our monthly lunch and learn support group specifically for kinship families.  Kinship Care is when a relative or family friend is a caregiver to a child. We will meet from 12-1 at The Fostering Collective office, 201 Winchester Dr. in Tyler.   Invite a friend and join us.  Lunch will be provided so please register.
