2025 Dads Connect Retreat

The Fostering Collective, For the Sake of One and Embrace Texas are partnering together to host a Dads Connect Retreat January 24th-26th for foster, adoptive and kinship dads in Broken Bow, OK!

Our guest speaker for the weekend is foster/ adoptive dad Jason Johnson. Jason is a writer and speaker who encourages families and equips church and organizational leaders on their foster care and adoption journeys. He currently serves as the National Director of The Pure Religion Project with Christian Alliance for Orphans.

Mom Connect Retreat

For the Sake of One and The Fostering Collective are partnering together to host our annual Mom Connect Retreat February 28th-March 2nd  for foster, adoptive and kinship moms.  This years focus is "The Battle".  Spoiler alert: God wins!!!

Our guest speaker for the weekend is Pam Parrish author of several books and one of our favorites "Battle Weary Parents".  A little bit about Pam.  She is a Follower of Jesus Christ.  Mom of seven incredibly beautiful and amazing young women. Nana to four spunky grandchildren. Foster Care and Adoption Advocate. Founder and President of Connections Homes, an Atlanta-based organization working with young adults who've aged out of foster care, are homeless or otherwise without family.  It's going to be a great time together.  Who's in?
