Let’s Connect – Lunch and Learn for Kinship Families
The Fostering Collective's New Building 201 Winchester Drive, TylerHow can we maintain connection to God, ourselves, and our kids when stress is high? This month, adoptive mom April Watters will join us to lead us in a session of Soul Care Time. The end goal of soul care is that you will flourish in the Spirit of the Lord, with increased capacity to function as His adopted child, in the fruits of his Holy Spirit alive in you. April uses an eclectic blending of therapies such as E.F.T. and spiritual disciplines such as prayer to pour into us and decrease stress levels in the body. We will meet from 12-1 at The Fostering Collective office, 201 Winchester Dr. in Tyler.
Let's Connect is our monthly lunch and learn support group specifically for kinship families. Kinship Care is when a relative or family friend is a caregiver to a child. Invite a friend and join us. Lunch will be provided so please register.
